I loved staying at this charming guesthouse. The room was comfortable and cosy with a good sized bathroom. The welcome was warm and friendly, making me feel like I was among family. The guesthouse is filled with beautiful paintings, adding a unique and artistic touch. The location is great, just a short walk from Rustaveli Metro and easily accessible to all the main sights.
Don't have any issues at all.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Gutsa Artists Mini-Hotel. The owner, a charming and talkative lady, shared fascinating stories about Georgian history and her beautiful artwork adorned the walls. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, right on the main street and close to public transportation and various dining options. Despite a few minor language barriers, we felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed our unique experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the metro station and just a short walk to the old town. The hotel was beautifully decorated with artwork made by the owner, giving it a unique and luxurious feel. The room we stayed in was comfortable and cozy, with a spacious bathroom. The staff gave us a warm welcome, making us feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed meeting other guests and sharing stories over coffee. The hotel also provided great amenities, including free Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. We would definitely stay here again when we visit.
There was a cute dog at the hotel, but unfortunately, it was kept on a leash on a small balcony all day and night.

The hotel is located in a great spot within walking distance to the city center, cafes, and supermarkets. the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with interesting decor.
The bathrooms could use some updating, and the bedding could be more comfortable. the language barrier may be a concern for non-Russian speakers as the owner doesn't speak much English.

Had a great Easter weekend at this cozy and artsy hotel! The room was very spacious, and I loved the unique artwork throughout the hotel. The location was definitely a plus – very close to the metro and plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also a highlight – delicious and filling to start off the day.
The language barrier – the staff didn't speak much English, but they were still friendly and accommodating. the bed was a little hard for my taste, but that's just a personal preference.
